Our Teacher : Melinda Morris-Ponga has been a student of yoga for 16 years and has been teaching for 4 years in Rarotonga. She invites you to rebuild your inner peace, refresh your thoughts and simply slow down.

With lots of islands time on your hands, plenty of fresh, clean Cook Islands air to breathe and ample healthy food and drink to nourish you, you will leave the Kakera Yoga Retreat rejuvenated.
