The building quality, architecture, finishing touches, the added extras, the hosts, the romantic setting, and the space exceeded everything we expected. With the most beautiful back drop and a lovely plunge pool with lovely flowers scattered on the deck and in the pool the lovely archway Melinda and Andrew made to make our day. Everything was so perfect for us the bride and groom.
Melinda I've never felt so special and relaxed. All week I never had to do anything but just to relax and enjoy my early honeymoon. My hair and makeup was beautiful.
Andrew the builder, cleaner, handyman and delivery man you are awesome. The patience and kindness you have is one of a kind. Thank you so much for building this wonderful apartment, making our wedding day unforgettable and especially for taking my new father-in law out on the town.

Apartment Ra is sensational. As Lana said "What a great Hotel", if you can impress a 5 year old you can impress anyone.
The picnic we had together on the beach was lovely and we feel like we've made friends, not just met some locals. As we told you, we haven't seen anything as impressive as "Kakera Apartments' in Rarotonga.
It's the little things you do and your attention to detail that makes this place so special, and that's with out going into how beautiful the apartments are!
When (not if) we return we will definitely be staying here and we will be recommending Apartments Kakera to anyone who is considering coming to the Cook Islands.

We have had a great time here in Rarotonga. The Apartment is so much better then staying in a hotel. It is spacious and also very private.

Firstly, Andrew and Melinda - Fantastic apartment! Even better than what we'd been hoping for, beautiful, private location and you had provide everything for us that we could've possibly needed. It was wonderful to stay in such modern original accommodation, literally an oasis in paradise!
Secondly thank you both for setting up a beautiful location at your beach, for such a delicious wedding breakfast. Thank you for all your thoughtfulness, consideration and for making us feel at home and relaxed on our big day.
